How to buy online

Browse our store and add items to your basket.
When you are ready, go to the checkout to enter your delivery details and choose a payment method.
Your total, including VAT and the £14.99 delivery charge, is shown before you confirm payment.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Payment security

All online payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either pay the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Refunds

Accepted refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting a return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
